Your choice

Allow analytics permits Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. Reject analytics keeps it off. Both choices leave the website and access-request form available. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you opt in. No analytics request or denied-consent ping is deliberately sent before then.

You can return to Cookie preferences at the foot of any page. Withdrawing a previous permission disables analytics, removes the GA cookies available to this site and reloads the page to discard the loaded Google script. This stops future collection; it cannot recall information already sent. Save any unfinished form before changing an existing permission.

We remember a choice for up to 180 days in this browser. After that, or if the consent notice changes, analytics stays off until you allow it again. Clearing browser storage also removes the choice. If storage is unavailable, a choice may not survive a page change.

Storage used by this website

Name / providerPurposeDuration
ortello-consent-v2
Ortello, local storage
Remembers the analytics choice, notice version and timestamps. Preference storage, not an analytics identifier.Valid for 180 days. Expired records are disregarded and removed when the site checks them; browser storage may remain while the site is not visited.
_ga and _ga_PE8QFMCYZB
Google Analytics, first-party cookies
Distinguish browsers and maintain analytics session state after consent.Capped by this site at the remaining consent period, at most 180 days. Removed on withdrawal where accessible to this site.

Some browsers shorten storage lifetimes further. Cookie duration is different from retention of data already received by Google. GA4’s user/event retention setting and aggregate reporting are described in Google’s retention documentation.

What analytics measures

Analytics measures page visits, device/browser characteristics and interactions with navigation, agreement examples and the access-request process. Our custom events do not include names, work emails, telephone numbers or form field values. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the site’s tag configuration.

Google receives network information when its tag is permitted to run. Learn more about Google’s use of information from partner sites. This website uses Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics. Our own cookie preferences control when Tag Manager may load; both Tag Manager and Analytics stay off until you allow analytics.

Browser privacy signals and necessary processing

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off even if an older preference allowed it. The Allow analytics button is unavailable while one of those signals is active. Without JavaScript, the analytics tag does not load.

The hosting service still receives the technical information needed to serve the page. If you submit an access request, Netlify and our email provider process the submission. Rejecting analytics does not prevent these requested functions.
